And relax......

Today has been a nice day. John and I visited Bank Street Arts to see a photo exhibition (supposedly the next big thing, but in my opinion johns photos are better!), and then I checked into the spa in the mercure hotel.

A day of relaxation, reading, a full body message, lunch and more reading (oh yes, I did run and row a kilometre too). I'd bought a Travel Zoo voucher for £45 and it was worth every penny!

Tea in The Common Room with Bob and Siege, then home for a bath and bed as we have a bout tomorrow (the three of us are playing in a mixed bout).
