Born yesterday

Literally! Here are our first lambs of the season on the farm, or at least the first live ones - sadly, the first pair were dead on arrival. A spare lamb was bought from another farmer to put onto the sheep and use up her milk, probably it was a twin or triplet whose own mother didn't have enough milk for all her babies. So it's great to see these two bounding around the field on their second day of life. The other lambs are due to start arriving any day from now. I couldn't get any closer to these for the shot as my zoom isn't working :(
