Clearing a path to Lent

All things considered, it was a reasonable day. Liverpool finally remembered to play football and score goals, beating Leipzig in the Champions League. And it was Shrove Tuesday, which meant Ottawacker Jr. managed to have midweek dessert in the form of pancakes. 

More snow today - and having spent hours cleaning up the first batch, the snowplough chose to come just before dinner, leaving a furrow of the white shite across our drive. Ottawacker Jr. volunteered to work off his pancake calories in advance.
