Sing, Sing, Sing....

...is what he had been told to do by his partner. 'Sing your heart out, free those vocal chords, get in some jolly good practise.' 

And so he was, much to his partners relief, who was thankful that because of Covid, he couldn't attend the audition for community choir in person, but had to do it by zoom, where thanks to some superb software his voice actually sounded decent.

He wasn't aware of that though, but his singing kept everyone from visiting the house, meaning jobs that needed to be done in the house, could be done, and meant that his partner wouldn't be bothered.

A partner who was really grateful too for the invention of ear plugs....
