My happy place!

We had to prepare a cabin for a woman coming in to do a 2 week solitary retreat.....we've had a lot of these bookings lately which is really good.   It's what Terry always dreamed this place would accommodate!

MaryJane came up the hill and had a visit.....then i set myself up for some fun, loose and free explorations with inks!   This is the first stage, section off the paper, using just black ink.   In the extra i've taken one to the next stage, using more inks, soluble coloured ink sticks...i love using them!

almost g & t time :)  but first a bit of a walk....probably just in the living room/kitchen area, which is long enough....and so much more comfortable than being outside today...it's only about -6 or so, but it's grey and just not very appealing!
