Tea treat

I said I’d go into work early today to let some workmen in so I treated myself to a rare second cup of tea. Two cups of tea before 8:15, that’s definitely never happened before!
It looked like it would be a fairly simple day on paper, funny how that never works out...
But got home and went out for a walk with everyone to try get some NZ steps in.
