Bike to Work!

For a number of years now, I've cycled to work on the day shifts...

It's sometimes been a struggle especially thru the winter but it's also been a great way to keep the fitness ticking over and during the summer months it's a joy when the weather has been fab.

However over this winter, with the car being available, the bike has been ditched.... Not great... and this week with the weather picking up again, I decided that I had better get back onto 2 wheels.

It was good to get back on it and hopefully I will keep on going.... and just use the car for the nights.
