Robin

We had a day out today - took the bus down to Stockbridge and had a pizza, then walked to the Botanic Gardens. It's the first time I've really tried out the zoom lens on my new Nikon.

I could not decide between these 2 photos (of the same robin) so played around with Canon photostitch to merge them. I'd have preferred two clean images but it automatically put a blurry section in the middle, even after they were resized and trimmed.

Also got some great shots of a squirrel in a tree and the swans in Inverleith Park.

Think I need to take a class in using the DSLR and editing images!
