Carpet of crocuses

It was Dennis's turn to meet our youngest son for a walk, so while they walked around the meadows, I walked up to bruntsfield links and then back along on the marchmont side as far as summerhall. A lovely display of crocuses all along melville drive. Got back to the car just before the rain came on.
Spent the afternoon trying to finish sewing a quilt I started ages ago.
Takeaway curry for tea.
