The sands of (egg) time

Well its Friday - playtime. After the usual long day, I got home to dark, so was looking for something in the house to shoot. Being Friday, my wine seemed apt or meal for 2 for £10 offers. Then I saw my egg timer and wondered what it wouod be like to shoot this while zoomed in. I really like the colour against the white background and nice to catch the sand dropping through.
