Better Day

E in a much better mood. Finished painting the bathroom and did a food shop.

Today marks one year to the day that we last saw my folks (aside from my solo three hour lunch visit on mum’s birthday). That’s a fairly shit milestone especially given the stroke, chemo and ops that have happened in that time. The E was 5 when she last saw them and she turns 7 in a couple of weeks.
