Daily plod
25 minute walk out down to the local park, round the pond and home via the corner home where I treated myself to some fruit pastilles. Good to get out of the flat. I may not be fully recovered but walking is getting easier. Chest pain is a dull ache now and knee needs the exercise to help get rid of the fluid around the joint from the bruising.
Keep reminding myself the crash was only 5 weeks ago and I shouldn’t be so impatient and not overdo it.
Positives:
1. Got outside.
2. Fruit pastilles.., you gotta chew...
