LD 335. Shadows across the path.

Nice mild afternoon for our walk. This is one of last year’s walks from the house during lockdown. It’s the route of an old railway and there are little footpaths in the vicinity. Some of the path has been washed out recently and roughly repaired. My late father was born a mile from here in 1921. He must’ve walked this way and around the area regularly. He lived locally until he married my late mother in 1942.

Our older son and fiancé were out walking this morning and our younger son had some time on the golf course. They made the most of a nice day. It’s a shame we can’t meet up for a socially distanced cup of tea in the garden etc.

First relaxation of the Scottish Government coronavirus regulations come into effect tomorrow; return of P1-3 Primary School pupils and certain senior phase pupils in High Schools. It’s something that’s been a subject of discussion during our Family FaceTime chat recently and this evening.
