Shameful

There were over 80 dog poo bags in the copse and puddles at the entrance to our local footpath.  I pulled them out today and they will remain there across the path for a couple of days for dog owners to tiptoe through.  I have put a trug for people to use as a bin and a note asking everyone to bombard the local councillor and the mayor to put a proper bin at the entrance. I know the answer will be 'who will empty it?' but we pay our rates and other woods and Blaise have a collection so why not ours? Poo bags hanging on branches fill me with ire.
