Wet day 4

Another day .... another load of rain! We tried to walk down the east side of Derwentwater, but as you can see from this signpost near to Derwent marina, this footpath was (very) flooded. Our original intention was to get past Manesty woods onto the duckboards, but we had to give up before we even reached High Brandelhow jetty. Didn't realise how much rain had fallen over the past few days. The water at Nichol End marina was close to flooding the building. At least it's forecast dry for the next couple of days, so hopefully water levels will drop a little.
