Calm before the Storm

One of our tables set for afternoon tea at Old Government House.  It was a perfect day, and apparently a lot of other people thought so too.  We sold 34 afternoon teas, 2 ice-creams, and had 40 people through for tours.

We learnt yet another lesson.  30 teas is our limit, so now I'll cap the bookings at 24 and assume we will get at least 6 walk-ins.

I went to bed at 9 pm (after the tennis ended) and slept the sleep of the just.
