Super sized

Phin lasted all night until around 7 but was quick to snuggle with me on the sofa once he’s been to the garden facilities.

Quick breakfast and I got organised and took him over to the field where we did the full circuit - just over 2 miles of muddy puddles, slippy paths, tussocks and other plants and lots of up and down slopes. My calves really feel it tonight. It was really mild when the wind wasn’t blowing full in my face.

Sorted out some washing and did a bit of knitting this afternoon whilst Mr PHL and Miss PHL took Phin for another walk. He was pretty muddy so we gave him a quick bath. He quite enjoys the water but is obsessed with the plug so there was a lot of water sloshed around.

Roast beef with veg, potatoes and yorkies for tea. i must have used smaller quantities last time as these were monsterous but quite tasty all the same. Some leftovers for tomorrow and a good portion in the freezer for another day.
