Who to blame,

The moron that threw his empty bottle into the sea.
The manufacturers that feel the need to make everything dayglow green.
The council cant afford to clean the beaches.
The culture that lets the third world starve but spends £1.50 a bottle on high caffeine high sugar junk.
Me for getting upset at something trivial spoiling my view ?
