Dear Diary,

I feel the same, Louisa May.  More snow on the way today and my back decided to go out yesterday so I am hobbling around in pain.  At least my arm is fine from my jab on Saturday.  It is going to take everything I've got to go out and feed the birds and squirrels this morning.  Nothing to do but rest and hope it rights itself soon.  Sigh...
