What is it?

I found this on the kitchen floor. It is about 1cm in diameter and the central part revolves. I have no idea where it came from! We have racked our brains but it doesn’t look familiar and has no obvious use. It will stay on the kitchen window sill in case we eventually find out if it is useful. Any ideas?
I haven’t been outside today, it is damp and dark. I fired up the laptop and updated the WI website. Luckily I remembered how to do it after such a long break. The WI isn’t meeting, of course, but we have had several speakers on Zoom which have kept members in touch.

Later:- Already identified as the wheel off a dishwasher drawer! Obvious when you know!
