Whooper Swan

A visit with sis this morning to Hogganfield Loch. It's a very popular walking venue but social distancing is very easy because the path round the loch is so wide.

Hogganfield is famous for its large numbers of waterfowl. Dozens and dozens of swans, both Mute and Whooper, Mallards, Coots, Tufted Ducks, Goosanders, Goldeneye and plenty of Gulls.

If the weather forecast is to be believed tomorrow will be a wellie day or a stay indoors day .... it's going to be Wet, Wet, Wet.
