First of all, Thank You for all the fun comments on my elephant butt that I backblipped!! I have always thought it was a neat photo and decided to share it with you :o)

Todays dinner is brought to you by La Costa, a local 'Mexican' restaurant. The owner is from Peru and has a Peruvian menu along with the traditional Mexican fare. Our favorite is the Peruvian Seafood. YUM!!! The delightful owner is Rafael. He is always cheerful and greets me with a hug. If we time it right, he will grab his microphone and sing a lovely song! :)

Off to relax with the hubby and a movie
