Celebration

Well, I think my son has stopped celebrating his birthdays, but that's his problem. His sister and I are not so easily discouraged, so we're off to Seattle tomorrow to meet him for lunch, give him a couple of birthday hugs, a cake, a bottle of wine and a surprise gift. We were tempted to "test" the cake to make sure it wasn't bad or anything but managed to restrain ourselves, so far.
