Spoilt

Our Virgin TiVo decided to mute itself today. After all that hassle we had the other day trying to get a new one (it arrived without a remote control). We tried everything from swapping leads, resetting the box, remote (it arrived two days later) and rebooting which no success which only added to out frustrations. Thankfully we have a Firestick that works, sound-wise. Another TiVo box is on its way.....
