Caught!

I suppose the increase in plastic clinging to the fences is due to winter feeding of silage to the locals.
The possible culprit is in a state of disrepair, in the field just behind this piece of plastic. I’m not sure if the degrades, or more likely breaks down to micro plastics. There are biodegradable and even edible alternatives, so I may be wrong.
