Juno and I headed round the tarmac.

Walked to work, picked up some reduced beetroot at real foods.

Work was a selection of seasonal vegetables.

Ran to football with a heavy rucksack. It was a beautiful evening, the cranes have flown the scene.

The wee ones were superb tonight. What a huge difference in the skill levels.
