Raspberry and White Chocolate Muffins

I feel as though I’ve had a fine day. Had a productive and enjoyable session with Kirsty on Zoom. The best for a while. Then Geordie boy and I set off for our walk. We certainly got the cobwebs blown away. It was really wild. No rain at that point so we had a dry walk. The sea was really rough.

I read for a wee while when we came in, then made a pot of soup to go with the cheese and leek loaf I bought at the bakers. Then made a batch of raspberry and white chocolate muffins.
I was actually glad that it wasn’t good enough weather to work in the garden because judging by my aches and pains I maybe overdid it a bit the last couple of days.
