Fried Chicken

Air fryer fried chicken, carrot slaw, and olive sourdough.

The chicken came out a reasonable facsimile of deep fried chicken. I tried a pickle juice marinade, which is great for chicken fried for sandwiches, but it was odd in this context. The slaw was delicious (I made them dressing with crème fraîche, white wine vinegar, sumac, black lime, and cumin). This was the last of the olive sourdough we started in on yesterday.
