Shopping Day. Absolutely throwing it down after such a beautiful day yesterday!

I’ve volunteered at Perth food bank to deliver to those that can’t pick up at the Centre and before I delivered was given a tour of the food bank. Was amazed at the size and amount of food that is there. Was really interesting but awful at the same time. They lost 90% of their volunteers when Covid hit due to the age of the volunteers and had to change their whole way of operating.

Anyway, the guy I delivered to was self isolating in a flat three floors up (good workout with two heavy bags) .

Came home to a nice tea made for me for a change of Piri-Piri roast chicken - yum.

Later had a bubble watching This is Us . Great series but oh heart tugging.
