Cactus

Sunlight on new Cactus growth. A bit of magic to me.

My pilates with Nikki yesterday was very helpful. A good lesson cos coming to it I was tired and my feet hurt. That all changed as I moved.
I'm carrying extra weight, so I'm reducing my food intake.
