Art lover

Love this picture my daughter drew today for her art lesson. It was so nice to see her lost in the ‘flow’ that comes from being creative. She’s only 13 and it’s been such a rough time for our youngsters.

Attended a good webinar on ‘resilience’ today and enjoyed hearing about the concept of the four rooms, where each of us comprises ‘four rooms’: mental, physical, emotion and spiritual. Nice to think blipping fits into all 4 as I’m learning new things, moving about to find images, making new friends and connections and feeling positive and happy. Yay for Blipfoto!
