Mr Cormorant

I manged to get up early this morning and walked down to Wardie Beach. It was quieter than normal. I saw a few redshanks and lots of oystercatchers but the herons haven't been about for a few weeks.

Mr cormorant was having fun, standing with his wings wide open. Whilst he was a distance away, I had my long lens! There was raft of eider ducks out by the pumping station too. I could just about hear them making a vibrating coo noise, a bit like a pigeon but not quite! 

I went out for a wee run with Rosemary at lunchtime. Even though we're in the same house all day, we're in different rooms so it's nice to have a wee natter.

After work, I did a savage race on Zwift and was let lying on the floor feeling sick for 10-mins. I still feel sick. It's a break at a presentation on long exposure so getting my Blip up the noo.
