Keep On Running [note to self]

Crowd barriers arriving in Pultney Street in preparation for tomorrow's Bath Half Marathon.
I am running in support of my friend Karen's charity 'Jemima's Gift' which was set up after the recent death of her daughter in a skiing accident.
I am a bit apprehensive as I am not a runner, have never done this distance before and have a dodgy knee.
I do know however that I have the support of my friends and family which will help a lot.
