Knife Master

We have discovered, after ten years here, fruit cups from a mobile vendor. Forty pesos (about $2 usd) gets us a variety of cut fruit, enough for two days. The fruit is the freshest possible and it is so entertaining to watch her wield her super sharp knife, creating a pile of fruit cubes, which finds its way into a large foam cup for transport home.
