The morning dog walk set me up for the day. It was a lovely morning with the sun just rising . A busy day in the GC, a live lesson, a check in and a virtual coffee with colleagues. We haven’t had a virtual coffee for a long time so it was so good to see everyone and just chat!
After work it was shopping time so my step count is not as good. Hopefully an improvement tomorrow.
