Behind the Scenes

Another training of B5-PLUS concluded its first module today with participants from Los Angeles, Miami, Barcelona, Munich and Vienna.  Thomas, my co-trainer and CEO of the company behind it all, is top left and top right are my behind the scenes instructions to him!   We have got to be on our toes all the time but do it well. A recent participant, a former head of talent of Telefonica/O2 for Europe, said it was the  accreditation process with the greatest human touch he had ever experienced. Felt good to read that.
