Signs of spring 2, Pussy Willow

Sowed the first seeds of the new season this morning. Jalapeño chillies, summer cabbage, lettuce and leeks all of which are sitting in the warmth of the propagator waiting for the miracle that never ceases to amaze me.

Susan meanwhile, was doing a different sort of sewing in her studio making bunting to hang decorate the room.

Another local walk this afternoon in pleasant sunshine with a brisk breeze. These willows attracted my attention, good job too as not much else did.

Susan was at her mum’s this evening until 8.00pm while I was strumming away on with the Marmite Ukulele on our regular jam.
