Skegness Clock Tower

Been towork in Skegness again today.  It is quite sad to see it so empty and devoid of people.  Hopefully the holiday makers will return and I will be moaning about how long it takes to get anywhere because of the holiday makers.

I have always wanted to try taking pics in Skegness at night and tonight I got the chance but had no tripod with me - maybe should have planned to do this rather than do it on the spur of the moment.   So handheld pic of doubious quality. 

I have never really taken any notice of the clock tower when I have driven past it at night.  At the moment the lights around it are changing colour, not sure if that is in celebration of some event or other but it is quite pretty.
