I did some gentle yoga practices first thing . But I had to fast for an appt at the Drs to have an ECG , bloods done by the nurse , and then examination by the Dr. My right ear canal is swollen, maybe a cyst in it , I’m away with ear drops and seeing the Dr next week.
Julie came round and we went on a long walk down to the Whitesands , along the Dock park and then back through the Crichton grounds. Just under 7 miles.
I enjoyed Dal and rice for lunch again .
In the evening I taught a mixed ability yoga class , I had 8 participants. :-)
I went round to see my mum afterwards.
