Kasper and cousins

We had the traditional Good Friday dinner at my sister´s.
Kasper and Jaakko and Heikki were playing Super Mario most of the time. Jaakko and Heikki are my other sister´s sons, so they are not real cousins to Kasper (my gradson), but something else.
How do you call them in English?
