Bicycle beware

Having sold his bike last year , Foloh has decided he is not too old and wanted a cheap bike he could do up and just cycle around here to keep fit. So I found this bargain on Gumtree. It seemed very cheap but we went to look and it had no pedals and a very rusty looking chain. He couldn’t try it as it was snowing and had no pedals but we bought the bike. Arriving home Foloh spent a while in the garage and discovered that this bike has been used as a bmx bike. Both wheels and the crank shaft are buckled plus the brakes don’t work. Maybe it wasn’t a bargain after all. He is now deciding whether to spend a lot on it or look again. I did buy new pedals .
