Next door to the "new" Royal Liverpool Hospital, which is in danger of becoming the old hospital before it is completed. (Work started in 2014 and was due to be finished by 20127, but the contractor was Corrillion who not only went bust, but left behind a building already in need of major remedial works to its structure.)
