Had some left over potatoes and decided to make gnocchi.  They came out pretty good I have to say.

Today is my Mom's 82nd Birthday.  My sister was not able to be with her as  her husband was in the hospital.  I wish I could hop on the plane and be with her, but COVID won't allow it.

Good thing my uncle brought a small cake with him when he visited her.  (My Mom has dementia, by the way.)
