Crocus

It has been a busy day. Pilates first this morning and then to the garage to take my car in for a service. It felt like a big expedition since it is only the fourth time this year that I have been out in my car. How come a chore has become a highlight to break the mundanity of life? There has been sunshine and it has felt like a spring day but it is still chilly in the wind. A different walk this afternoon which made a nice change and just over an hour in the garden between everything else to make more progress in tidying around the base for the new greenhouse.
Finally, a tense second half watching Arsenal win through to the next round of the Europa league. Why do they have to make life so difficult for themselves giving two goals away against the run of play and have to come from behind in the final 20 minutes?
