Vaccination excursion

A memorable day! It was my turn for the jab today
. As they're not giving the AZ vaccine to over 65s here, the next age band down is being offered the acquired doses.I had to go to a mountain village about 45 mins drive from home, through magnificent scenery, and the weather was perfect. I took my time on the way back, making several stops to explore and take photos. A lovely excuse to travel a bit further afield, not normally allowed under present restrictions.
This is the Manikiatis river, which comes down a gorge from the very high mountains..and in summer is almost dry. Now it's swollen from the snow melting higher up.
