Thanks a bunch

Didnt sleep too badly, oxygen off at 4 again :-) slept on until 8......breakfast on a tray, cricket on the tv, not for long though, what an absolute disaster!!!

I was up and downstairs before hub, tried to sort out a refund for tickets to a concert at the Bridgewater Hall we purchases for hubs birthday last year. Its been rearranged twice already and now a third time for later this year making it unlikely that we will attend. Its proving more difficult than you would think :-/

Once hub was ready we got out in the car, as the weather was just too nice to stick indoors!
Obviously the outing included coffee.....oh, and lunch today too :-0. Afterwards, we decided to make an unplanned pitstop at daughters, for a brief catch up, which was nice. We drove home a longer, more scenic route, which saw us out for best part of two hours overall :-)

Once back home, we noticed the little tete a tetes had opened up in the troughs under the front windows...so pretty! That lead me to get my camera out and photograph the bunch of daffs I got a couple of days ago, which are in a vase on the hearth......took this from directly above.

Next I went upstairs to do the cleaning that I didnt do yesterday.....our en suite, even took the plastic seals off the shower door and cleaned those too!

I had to pop out to pick up our Click & Collect from Asda just after 3.... its only 10 mins away but because of our top road closure, its 20 mins! I was back home by 4.15, groceries away then resumed the cleaning! Dusted & hoovered all 4 bedrooms, wiped down the bathroom, before hoovering the landing, stairs and the whole of downstairs.

Hub had made a couple of phone calls whilst I was out and had finnished off the dishes and wiped round the kitchen worktops.....hes been good again today.

Dinner this evening was grilled gammon, fries & beans for hub, jacket potato & brocolli with mine.

The evening has been mainly tv, gardening programme, Nigella, Martin Lewis & Football roundups.....no matches that we could watch on tv, but my team got the job done, despite a 0-0 draw.

Im feeling quite tired tonight, so hopefully will get a good nights sleep tonight.
