67 Miles to Where?

I went northbound on the canal this morning - didn't seem as pretty.

I managed to get plenty of steps on the walk.  Tomorrow I may try Egg Farm Lane.

Work is mega busy.

I have blocks in my diary tomorrow that I hope enable me to get some work done and some thinking time.  I feel like I spend most of my days talking.

I went for a treadmill run but really struggled to get in the zone so prob managed about 10-15 mins of running and mostly walking.

Almost the weekend!
