Notes: Woke early with headache and cold-like symptoms. Quiet morning and went outside for short bit before my 11a call w/ Coach Lauren. Another huge day of shifts with her ... and intensified the headache. Went out the beach right after and watched this guy pull in a Jack - was pretty cool to see! Tried to nap in the afternoon, finally got a little rest. Talked to Elle and helped her fix some things on her art site. Quiet night.
