An angel - or two?

This sculpture is in Rydal Hall garden. The garden, recently renovated -indeed rescued - was designed by Rawson who is the Cumbrian Capability Brown although he designed gardens in other counties too. It is now starting to look very smart. Entrance is free, although a £3.00 donation is apprecated. We forgot to make one so will have to go back. No hardship as there is also a good tea room!!
