2.26, an afternoon walk

Not much to report from the last few days. I decided to take the week off from work because I couldn't deal with the nagging headaches any more...

A migraine started to show itself not long after this walk, but I think for the first time I managed to take a tablet at the right time, and after a nap the symptoms seemed to have reduced to just 'heartburn behind the eyes'. Dark rooms, audiobooks, and listening to the TV with my eyes closed [okay-hand-emoji]
